Job Summary:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the OutReach Coordinator is responsible for community grief support through school groups as well as possibly after school programs. The OutReach Coordinator will coordinate with school staff to continue or implement school grief support groups throughout Marshall County and St Joe County specifically with potential to grow beyond.
Responsibilities:

Design and create programming and curriculum for the grieving children served through our school grief support groups

Provide resources and services to our volunteers to allow them to successfully facilitate grief support groups

Build strong relationships with the schools to provide a safe and comfortable environment for students and a trusting working relationship with the schools

Create a calendar of school groups and schedule volunteers, staff, and interns for each group

Supervise interns as needed

Advocate for the grieving children and families that attend and will attend Dustin’s Place within the community through fundraising and events
