There is no cost for a child to attend Dustin's Place's Kid's Grief Camp.  Space is limited and a spot is reserved only after a registration is completed and submitted.  There will likely be a waitlist so we encourage you to submit your registration promptly.

Once you have completed this online registration form, we will email you the parental consent and release forms that need to be completed.  Your child's registration is not complete until the consent and release forms have been submitted.
